This online fitness program was created to help people build confidence through weight training, flexible eating and optional cardio. There are zero restrictions when it comes to food. We learn how to balance what we WANT to eat with what our body NEEDS. We have fun. We support each other. We hold each other accountable.


What can you expect from a STRONG workout?

STRONG by Ash B is all about getting your body moving, building strength, and having fun. Each resistance workout is 27 minutes long, low impact, and can be modified to fit your needs. During each workout, you can count on three things:

Form & Technique

You'll be able to watch demo videos for each move and I will cue you throughout the workout to use correct form.

Diverse Classes

We’ll mix it up: different equipment, different moves, and a different muscle group for each day of the week.


Every class can be modified to fit your fitness needs and restrictions. Must be able to get up and down from the floor.

Here’s what you need:

  • A set of dumbbells – I suggest 5, 8, or 10 lbs.
  • A set of resistance loops – They range from $8 – $15 at Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.
  • Fill out the short interest form below (if you have not already). 
  • Hop over to the store and get a membership to the program! (You can select 1, 3, 6 or 12-month memberships.)
