Tell Me About the Challenge!

  1. Choose your level.
  2. Hit at least 80% consistency for your chosen level between Monday, September 4th and Sunday, October 1st. 
  3. When you hit your consistency, we fill in your brick. 
  4. As members build consistency individually, we build a wall as a team. 

Tell Me About the Levels!

LEVEL 1 | Rock all 5!

Hit at least 80% consistency with each of the five STRONG habits.

  • Hit at least 80% consistency with reaching your assigned daily calorie goal (+/-100 calories)
  • Hit at least 80% consistency with your daily workouts
  • Hit at least 80% consistency by getting within 10g of your assigned protein goal daily
  • Hit at least 80% of your monthly step goal
  • Hit at least 80% consistency with consuming a BAS or veggie-heavy meal daily

LEVEL 2 | Choose your 3!

Hit at least 80% consistency with any THREE of the five STRONG habits.

  • protein

LEVEL 3 | Calories

Hit at least 80% consistency with reaching your assigned daily calorie goal (+/-100 calories).

LEVEL 4 | Workouts

Hit at least 80% consistency with your daily workouts.

LEVEL 5 | Steps

Hit a weekly step goal you set for yourself. 

  • Choose a goal that is reasonable, but challenges you
  • Minimum goal - 6,000 steps per day

Tell Me What 80% Looks Like!

  • Calories - hit your assigned daily calorie goal at least 80% of the 28 days of this challenge
    • 80+% = at least 22 days
  • Workouts - complete at least 80% of the daily workouts, including at least one workout of your choice each weekend
    • 80+% = at least 19 workouts
  • Steps - hit at least 80% of your challenge step goal
    • 28 days X your daily step goal = total step goal
    • total steps / total step goal X 100 = step consistency
  • Protein - hit your assigned daily protein goal at least 80% of the 28 days of this challenge
    • 80+% = at least 22 days
  • BAS - consume a Big Ass Salad or veggie heavy meal at least 80% of the 28 days of this challenge
    • 80+% = at least 22 days
